How to calculate sweet-table quantities
Multiply your guest count by the amount you choose for each guest. The planner adds your reserve percentage and rounds that target up to a whole gram or counted item. It then rounds the purchase quantity up to whole packs.
The visual separates your original target, your reserve and the extra quantity caused by buying whole packs. Your chosen amount is a planning assumption, not a recommended serving size.
Plan by weight or by declared item count
Use grams when planning loose sweets by weight. A declared item count can instead refer to a wrapped bar, lolly, sealed roll or mini bag. A roll or mini bag is one counted item here, regardless of how many sweets it contains.
Changing the calculation basis clears your amount and selected pack. The planner never converts a jar weight into an estimated number of sweets.
Build your wedding sweet-table budget one product at a time
The product total is the number of whole packs multiplied by the selected pack price. Cost per guest divides that product total by your guest count; displayed money values are rounded to the nearest penny.
This planner calculates one product at a time. If you want several products, make a separate calculation for each and add their product totals yourself. Delivery, display containers, decorations and other purchases are excluded.
Check the selected pack before ordering
The available choices come from exact HRS offers with checked count or weight information. The linked product variant identifies the pack used in your calculation. Not every stocked sweet is supported by the planner.
Check current price, availability, ingredients, allergens and pack instructions on the selected product before ordering. Keep the food declaration available when sharing sweets. A calculation does not reserve stock or place an order.
