Plan the number of wrapped items you want to put in each party bag, then turn that into a whole-pack shopping list. This planner uses checked, counted HRS formats and current listed prices. It shows the spare items you will have after filling the bags.
Choose the contents for your bags
Enter your bag count and choose up to three product lines. “Items per bag” means how many of that product you decide to include. Choose sweets appropriate for the recipients and check their dietary requirements before ordering.
PLAN THE CONTENTS
How many bags are you making?
Enter 1–1,000 bags, then choose up to three product lines. Quantities are your choice, not serving recommendations.
Equivalent to £1.20 per party bag, including the spare items bought.
Current listed product prices. Delivery, party bags and any other contents are extra. Stock and checkout prices can change. Each line is rounded separately to full packs.
From a bag count to whole packs
For each product, multiply the number of party bags by the number of items you want in each bag. Divide that by the declared items in the purchase pack, then round up to the next whole pack. The remaining items are shown as spares.
For example, 30 bags with one wrapped chew bar each need 30 bars. A 60-bar case supplies 60 bars, so one case leaves 30 spare. For 61 bags, one bar each needs two 60-bar cases and leaves 59 spare. The planner does this separately for every selected line.
The product total is the cost of all the full packs you need to buy, including the spares. The cost per party bag divides that purchase total by your number of bags. It does not include empty party bags, decorations, delivery or any products outside the plan.

What the planner counts
Product format
One counted item means
What it does not mean
Wrapped chew bars
One individually wrapped bar.
The full case or display box.
Wrapped lollies
One individually wrapped lolly.
A guaranteed mix of flavours in every party bag.
Giant Fizzers rolls
One sealed 40g roll.
One individual Fizzers tablet.
Haribo mini bags
One sealed 16g retail mini bag.
One gummy sweet, or a guaranteed number of shapes inside.
Weight-only bulk bags and approximate tub counts are excluded from this calculator. They cannot promise a fixed number of items. If you are filling bags by weight instead, use a scale and the total net contents of the actual products.
That is your choice based on the recipients, product size and other contents. The calculator does not recommend a serving size. A full roll, a lolly and a mini bag are different portions.
Does the planner reserve stock or add products to my basket?
No. It calculates a shopping plan from current listed prices. Open each exact pack to confirm availability and order it. Checkout confirms the final price and delivery charge.
Can I replace a counted case with a kilogram bag?
Only if you change your plan to weight. Do not assume a piece count from a kilogram bag; the size and number of sweets can differ.
What food information should I keep?
Keep the outer ingredient and allergen label when splitting a case. Choose appropriate sweets for the recipients and provide the exact product information when sharing.
