Can you repeat our last sweet-bag order?
Yes — include your order number and ‘same as last time’ in your request. We’ll check the products, current stock and price with you before the next order. You can change the quantities or add other snacks.
Is this an automatic subscription?
No. Request the frequency that suits you and we’ll agree the next refill by email. Each delivery is confirmed and paid for separately. Sending a request does not start a subscription or authorise recurring charges.
How much will a refill cost?
It depends on the products, pack sizes, quantities and delivery address. Shop prices are shown on each product. For a regular refill, we’ll confirm the item prices, delivery charge and total before payment. Tell us if you have a budget to work to.
Can we change or skip a refill?
Email us before your next order is confirmed to change the contents, adjust the frequency or skip it. Once you have placed an order, our normal order and cancellation terms apply.
Will the products work in our vending machine?
Tell us the model, slot dimensions and the pack sizes that already work. Individually packaged products are the starting point, but fit needs checking for your machine. We supply stock; machine installation, servicing and on-site filling are not included.
Can we get a business invoice or use a purchase order?
Include your business details and any purchase order reference in the request. We’ll confirm the paperwork and payment arrangements with you. Credit terms are not included automatically; the standard route is payment before dispatch.
What about delivery and food information?
Available delivery methods and charges depend on your address and order. We’ll confirm them with your quote, or you can view them at checkout. Check each product’s ingredients, allergens and pack details before ordering; contact us if you need information that is missing.
