How does personalisation work?
Every box can carry personal touches — a handwritten note, name and age stickers, kraft-paper gift wrapping, even a QR voice message. Pick them when you build or personalise a box and we add them by hand before it ships.
What about allergens?
Tell us what to avoid and we build around it — we never intentionally include items you have asked us to avoid. Allergen and ingredient information is shown before checkout and included in every parcel. Products may be handled in an environment where allergens are present — always check before ordering.
How does delivery work?
Boxes are packed to order and delivered across the UK. Delivery options and timings are shown at checkout, and letterbox-friendly boxes fit straight through the door.
What happens if a snack is out of stock?
We substitute like-for-like: something of equal or greater value that matches the taste profile you chose. Nothing from your avoid list is ever used as a substitute.
