How long does delivery take?
We dispatch across the UK, with standard and faster options at checkout. Exact couriers, timings and prices are confirmed at launch — the delivery page has the full picture as it firms up.
Where do I find allergen information?
On every product page before checkout, and on a printed contents and allergen sheet inside every parcel. Products may be handled in an environment where allergens are present — if you're ordering for an allergy, please contact us before you buy.
What happens if something is out of stock — do you substitute?
In built and custom boxes we may substitute a sold-out item with something of equal or better value that respects your stated avoids. We never substitute in a way that conflicts with the preferences you set.
How do mystery boxes work?
You set the rules — likes, avoids and budget — and we curate the surprise. "Controlled mystery" means you control the boundaries, we control the fun. Every mystery box still ships with a full contents and allergen sheet.
What's the difference between smaller packs and wholesale?
Wholesale is the full trade box (best price per unit, most snacks). Smaller packs are the same products split down — buy 1, 3, 6 or 12 instead of a whole box. Every product page shows the price per unit so you can compare.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes — gift boxes can include a personal note, and popular boxes offer a handwritten option. Add it when you build or personalise the box.
Can you send a box straight to the recipient without prices?
Yes. Sending straight to them? We'll leave out prices. Use gift mode and no invoice or pricing goes in the parcel — just the snacks, the note and the contents sheet.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If we haven't packed it yet, usually yes — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel is packed and dispatched we can't recall it, but the returns and refunds page covers what happens next.
