For a dark sweet selection, compare Stockley’s Original and Sour Liquorice Flyers. Their pictured exteriors are dark brown to black, with coloured centres visible at the ends. They are not uniformly black throughout.
The red or blue carton is not evidence of the edible exterior colour. No fixed centre-colour ratio is promised.
Look at the exterior and the centre
